Bar Caipirinha Man Botiquim — Restaurant in Albufeira

Couldn't fault the caipirinhas (and we visited with a couple of Brazilians!) - delicious with the frango frito (fried chicken)...however the feijoada balls perhaps something more of an acquired taste!

Great vibe - plenty of families and couples around in the evening (oh for a TV to watch Brazil playing at the same time!) and with all the cocktails being freshly made, there was sometimes (understandably) a bit of a wait...but hey, relax and enjoy the music and the ambience. Only slight quibble was the folding wooden seats became uncomfortable after a time - I guess 'Drink More!' would be the answer.

OKAY we loved! this bar. We were on our way to dinner actually, and drove by this bar and because it's super cute from the outside, we turned our car right around and decided to stop in. A minha primeira crítica no Google com 5 estrelas (a 2 anos atrás): "Lugar lindo e comida muito boa!!" . Mas desde lá, tudo mudou. Não sei o que está havendo com o dono. O lugar tem tudo pra dar certo, exceto pelo atendimento do próprio dono!!! Como isto é possível? Demora na comida, ok (pode servir uns petiscos antes para enganar a fome, e ter simpatia, ajuda muito). Um prato vir errado, ok (ainda é possível pedir desculpas e trocar). Agora, má educação do próprio dono do estabelecimento? Inadmissível. Se está cansado do seu próprio bar, coloca um gerente ou outra pessoa mais humana para tomar frente. . Já fui feliz no caipirinha quando era o início, agora está acontecendo algo e ninguém está vendo. . O mínimo que esperamos quando vamos a um restaurante, para além da comida, é a boa atmosfera e a educação das pessoas. . Podem até pensar "ah é só mais um cliente reclamando" ok. Mas esse cliente fala pra um que fala pra outro, que fala pra outro. E no fim, todo mundo se conhece no Algarve. .
