Restaurante Carvalho — Restaurant in Alcobaça

We were at the Restaurante Carvalho and ordered a paella the rice was dry and the prawns were still a bit frozen.

The waiters also tried to scam you into buying the converts (very pricey) while trying to rush out people to maximise their profit.

A tip for the cook. Ad a tad of water to the food before microwaving it so it doesn’t become to dry and to ensure that very thing...

Waiters made no effort to be pleasant, food poor, not tasty and most appears reheated. Pizza v poor 5 pepperoni per pizza. All round Pricie/not value for money at all. Beer 5e a cana....Avoid. Also they place very average to poor appitzers on table without price or you asking. Other places near by much better and staff that...

Let's start with the good. The foods tasty.

However if you are going to serve vegetables please heat them, cauliflower has put into my wife's cataplana to warm up.

We were asked 4 times if our meal was OK, 3 times to be shown desserts and twice for coffee!
