Selfish with a Twist — Restaurant in Alcochete

Go look for other place Not worth it at all!!!! Seriously what did I expect when severas waiters walked passed me while I was waiting for seating. The bacalhau was old, fish bowl hopefully was okay, will wee tomorrow. But the thing that made me so damn mad was the hummus. It said “perfect for sharing” and it was a hummus with 4 peaces of old vegetables, (I man the carrot sticks were white and not ne was mole like a half) I collected my courage and asked for better food. They have bring me 3 small plates and 3 peaces of zucchini and 3 carrot sticks which was no help the plate of hummus with 4 peaces of old bread, neared to say less, the plate was parted. While my food was coming the guy next table was completely devastated with his chocolate cake, so I wouldn’t get it either. Go look for a normal cafe there are others on the premises. The service and food here is just not worth it. We went today towards the end of the lunch rush so it wasn’t too busy. We ordered bread and oil which didn’t come until I questioned where it was when the rest of the food arrived. My boyfriend ordered a cheeseburger without bacon, it came with bacon but without cheese. Instead of remaking it, they just pulled the bacon out and put the meal back on the table. The food was meant to come with what was listed as French fries but they served stale crisps instead. We were sat around waiting for ages to be served, and to pay also. When I complained to the manager about everything, her response was but you ate half the food and proceeded to ask why we only ate half the food after I’d just explained it all once already. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The biggest disappointment was that we were so hungry and really craving a poke bowl and it was a total letdown. The rice was absolutely terrible: dry, clumpy, and completely lacking flavor. The bowl was supposed to include edamame, but when the waiter brought it out, it was missing. I asked about it, and instead of fixing the order properly, the waiter went to the kitchen and came back with two tiny plastic cups of edamame on the side. Overall, the experience was awful.
