First, the food and service are great. I paid 25 euros for a delicious de-boned sea bass, salad and potatoes, beer, water and olives. However, there is no sign that says “no visa accepted” just a little picture with the word Multibanc crossed out. As an American, I have never heard of Multibanc and actually didn’t even see the tiny sticker. So ate and went to pay, only to find that visa is not accepted. So had to get cash at ATM, paying a 13.5% conversion fee. Yikes. That 25 euro meal cost me more than 38 euros taking into account the fee to take out the money I didn’t need. The best octopus rice (arroz de polvo) that I have ever eaten, really outstanding sauce, very flavoured! The pork (secretos de porco) was also very good, very succulent. For dessert we had the sweet potato, almonds and figs cake which was delicious. To end perfectly, have a aguardente after dinner. The staff is super nice, efficient and kind.
