Coco Beach — Restaurant in Almada

At first, I and 3 other guests at my table were ignored. After waiting several minutes, we moved to a table directly in front of the bar, where we could finally place our order. We ordered bruscetta and baguette. After 15 minutes, we were told that the baguette was unfortunately out and we would have to reorder. We then chose burgers. Again after 15 minutes we were told that these burgers were also sold out. Then we chose salad next to the bruscetta. After asking again, our drinks finally arrived. The GingerAle was only 20 cl instead of 25 cl as written on the menu. After another 30 minutes, so in total over 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting time, we left the restaurant, because by then not even the Bruscetta had been served. Other tables were served in the time but very well. Despite 6 people in the waiter or bar operation, this was an absolutely incompetent and uncoordinated appearance. I can't say anything about the quality of the food, but the burgers are served without sauce. I can definitely not recommend this restaurant and have not been served so badly for a long time or...

Amazing place for a sunny day enjoyable lunch, either as a family with kids or with a group of friends. The premisses are well put together, with only the on-sand terrace chairs falling slightly behind in comfort. Ambient music is well chosen and balanced for a relaxed, yet vivid, atmosphere. The personnel is highly committed to deliver great service, with professionalism and friendliness. Only exception is if you get the bad luck of crossing with Rosa, as we did. She’s a clear outlier for her rudeness, and lack of understanding and ability to behave and serve in the way this place deserves to be known for. As for the sushi, the mains of our meal, we got happy with it. Without being at the level of the best we’ve had, it was good quality and variety. Special note for some Gunkan very well made. Bottom line, undoubtedly a place we’d recommend and we’ll certainly be back, despite the 200+ km drive for us...

Seemed like a good bet. The decoration is kind of cool, and it looks comfortable. Make no mistake, don come here. Me and my wife lunched here and it was a disgrace. The menu is basically composed of sushi and hambúrgueres, nothing wrong there. The problem was that once we got a table we were advised that the sushi was taking a long time, like much more than 30min. We didn’t have that much time and were hungry so we went with the hamburguers. Those also took almost the same time, roughly 30 min, and let me tell you, they are far worse than I ever had.
