This has got to be one of the worst customer service experiences that will forever haunt me. I had ordered 2 aperol spritz drinks separately (because they had forgotten my original order from before) both aperols arrived a couple of minutes apart from each other. One of the aperol spritz changed colour after a few minutes of it being delivered to the table. I was very concerned as to why my drink had changed colour too purple (known colour for drink spiking). I took the drink back and expressed concern that my drink had changed colour- too purple and clearly something was very wrong and this is a huge safety concern. I did not leave my drink out of sight, and was sitting with my partner the whole time, and I explained this also to the staff.
At first, the wait staff were understanding and apologetic. A couple of minutes later a male staff member approached me implying that I had put something in my own drink, he said, quote: "well you tell me why it's purple?". This is an absolutely HORRIBLE thing to say. Your male waiter accused me of spiking my own drink! I'm deeply upset that i came to your staff concerned for my safety and instead of taking my concerns seriously they ACCUSED me of spiking / putting something in my own drink. I came to this place to sit on the beach and enjoy my time and NOT to get accused by your staff.
Even after all my concerns, I was still forced to pay for a potentially spiked drink made by your staff. It's absolutely disgraceful.
As a venue it is your responsibility to comply with the responsible service of alcohol legislation and you have FAILED to do so as you have not taken the safety of your customer seriously. As I women I do not feel safe to come back here. I will be certainly making sure to never ever recommend this establishment to anyone in order to keep people safe!

Read more1h30 to serve 4 people, including a pregnant woman! The fish arrived over cooked, cheeseburgers not good at all. They offered a frozen snack for compensation. We'll not eat there again and we don't recommend you this restaurant.
Answer to the owner: 4 of us left a review yes but without telling to each other, it was not on the purpose to ruin your score. But if you had 4 bad reviews it's because you had 4 unhappy persons at the table. A table doesn't have an opinion. It could be worse because not all of us left a review. Let's hope you'll keep it in mind for the next time. About the snack offered, we found it ridiculous. Sometimes it's better to not offer something, because it showed us a bad consideration. Then about the problem you mentioned with your staff, we could perfectly understand your situation. But in this case you must inform your clients when they seat at the table and let them decide if they want to wait 1h30 or not. Question of respect.
