The Kitchen - American BBQ & Burgers — Restaurant in Almada

The reviews from the restaurant itself seem okay here but I have only known the place from ÜberEats and I recommend everyone to refrain from ordering with them online.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla which was meant to come with salad, tomatoe, mozzarella, chicken, etc. What I received was nothing like the image or description. It literally had only chicken and cheese in it. For more than 9€!!!

I also ordered the Nutella Piadina, which came with caramel / Dulce de leche instead and didn’t taste good. I couldn’t eat it.

The fries. I ordered for 4.50€ were soggy and a tiny portion.

I will not be ordering or considering this restaurant again.

Please think twice before ordering with...

Quem me conhece sabe que adoro comer... tanto, que decidi tirar partido desse condão na minha profissão.

Admito que sou um péssimo crítico porque adoro genuinamente sentar-me à mesa e conviver enquanto descubro novos sabores. É um privilégio poder fazê-lo regularmente, ampliar a minha meritória coleção de experiências e aconchegá-las confortavelmente na minha memória para revisitá-las sempre que me apeteça.

Não será isso viver?

No The Kitchen, mais do que comer um grandioso Hambúrguer (com "H" maiúsculo), refazer a Route 66 transportado pelo genuíno sabor do Pull Pork fumado ou lamber os dedos depois de devorar umas Ribs decadentes, o que sobra é um enorme sentimento de gratidão por testemunhar o trabalho abnegado, a demonstração de purismo aos sabores criados sem batota e à experiência inigualável defendida pelo Alexandre. São muitos anos a virar chicha, não é?

Obrigado por nos receberes todos à tua mesa e partilhares a tua paixão.

Agora vou-me calar para acabar a minha dose... enquanto desaperto...

We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and nuggets. The nuggets and fries were extremely soggy and bland. The burger was still raw (as visible in the picture).
