Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. Just had dinner here, and it was terrible. Very disappointing.. me and my boyfriend spent the afternoon researching a place to have dinner, and after all the reviews we read, this was the one to go. First when I called, the person that answered wasn’t pleasant at all, but that ok, we don’t always have to be bright and shiny. We thought that we were going to have this amazing lamb for dinner, which is all that you read about. When we got to the restaurant, It took forever for someone to come to the table. When it finally happen, they were out of lamb. OMG.. So we end up ordering the roasted veal and a soup. The soup was awfully salty and the veal was super dry and chewy.. honestly the only thing good here for us, was the water and the coffee. Even the wine had cork... starters weren’t that good either but we ate them anyway. The worst thing about this is that if you looked at the table next to us, they were having a fantastic meal. Clearly they were having the lamb and they were known to the restaurant. When I called to make the reservation, the person that answered did ask if I wanted to choose dinner, but I though well, it’s a place I’ve never been, so I want to go and feel the place, see the menu. Desde o momento em que chegamos, sentimos que o foco estava mais na faturação do que no conforto do cliente. A insistência em oferecer pratos e sobremesas adicionais, mesmo quando claramente estávamos satisfeitos, tornou a refeição um tanto desconfortável.
Além disso, a reação do proprietário ao recusar as suas sugestões foi negativa. Num ambiente de hospitalidade, é esperado que o cliente se sinta à vontade para expressar as suas preferências. Essa falta de sensibilidade pode prejudicar a experiência geral, que deveria ser marcada pela apreciação da culinária e pela convivência agradável.
