Waited 15 minutes for our very rude waiter to walk back and forth without once stopping to inquire with us, spending time chatting with colleagues. Listened as he made rude comments to his colleagues thinking I did not speak Portuguese. Finally had enough and called him over and told him we were leaving. Spoke in Portuguese where he seemed to immediately change his tune. As we left he continued to make rude remarks, so other could hear saying to others we had not waited that long.

Service is described by the name. The staff are not customer centric, need that if you want repeat customers.
Also, they close for 2 to 3 weeks at the start of July, the busiest part of the season... Very bad approach to doing business if you ask me 😳
