Food is delicious but the restaurant can sometimes suffer from managing problems which affect the eating-in experience.

The counter service is somewhat slow even during less busy times. The kids area has been disabled long before covid and I don't think it works anymore. It has occurred once, during the pandemic, not having any way to wash my hands at the WC due to lack of supplies, which was upsetting. A particularly annoying thing about this restaurant is the amount of noise the staff does, at times, when cleaning: when the place is less busy staff cleans tables and they tend to drag the chairs across the floor creating a very loud environment next to you in complete disregard whether or not you're right next to them, eating. I had times when the screeching was painful!

So if you are sensitive to these aspects beware that eating at this particular restaurant may not always be a pleasant experience.

I have been going to this Burger King for years and this last time was completely shocked by the way I was attended by one employee (Beatriz) First I asked for the family menu that was being advertised on the window of the restaurante, and was told that it had finished yesterday. I said that if it had already finished that the advertisement should have been taken down then yesterday. She replied " if you like you can help us take it down". I replied that it was her job not mine. Then I decided to ask for the other promotion that was being advertised next to this one and asked if it was still available and this time the employee replied " you are very funny aren't you". I was so shocked that not once but twice the employee had been so rude and unprofessional. Because of this rude employee this Burger King as last a client forever. Burger King is an OG place to eat but when it comes to vegetarian options their food is not really on top. I would definitely come back for fries and the sides but if I want to have a full meal I don't think I'll be doing that. definitely recommend it for those who are not vegetarian to come...
