This is without doubt way better than the burguer I had at the Porto place. We almost all had the same burguer and they were great.

The staff is super friendly and are happy to accommodate our changes to the burguer like removing items or changing the sauce. Was really happy with this!

Com pesar, devo dizer que recentemente tive uma experiência muito desagradável neste restaurante. O atendimento foi simplesmente terrível, a comida deixou muito a desejar e o ambiente não foi muito acolhedor.

Começando pela comida, esta deixou muito a desejar. O hamburguer "do mês" estava mal confecionado e sinceramente tinha comido melhor se fosse a um McDonalds ou BurguerKing.

O atendimento por parte do manager do restaurante "Carlos" também me deixou extremamente desagradado. Este senhor era arrogante e incapaz de assumir responsabilidade por parte do estabelecimento pondo a culpa pelas falhas nos outros, o que revela o seu fraco carácter. Salvaram os restantes funcionários do restaurante que ao contrário desse senhor eram bastante simpáticos.

No geral, minha experiência neste restaurante foi muito desagradável. O atendimento foi terrível, a comida não foi preparada adequadamente e o ambiente não era convidativo. Certamente, não recomendaria este lugar a ninguém. O mínimo que se espera de um estabelecimento é um bom atendimento e uma comida bem preparada, mas infelizmente este restaurante falhou em ambos...
