I feel like I am relatively well traveled, and I certainly like fine dining. I have been to amazing restaurants across the US and around the world, but I have never had an experience like this one. I am still stunned at how wonderful the experience and the dinner truly was. From the welcome cocktail and the surprise first bite, to the thoughtfully created and artistically presented courses, I lost count of the times I said, “Wow. Just WOW.” Each course even came with a little placard, designed by the chef, that showed all of the ingredients in the dish.
