It was my favorite place in the area: food and coffee are top notch! Unfortunately the service and attitude changed for some reason and we do not feel welcome any more with bad face expressions and even no “hello”, so will have to stop coming to this place… Really a pity.
UPDATE:
I read you reply, I guess, it is Nadia. Strange that you even did not care to introduce yourself…
Well, your style in the reply just showed me that I was correct in my intuitive feelings.
I will not respond to your arrogant reply in overall, but some points need to be addressed.
It is just funny that you charge for offering once water to my dog and 1 cookie that was not even asked. Btw when I asked for the water the 2nd time, your employee (the same and you know who) just waved me to look for myself… I recall that it was in the beginning when you just open and we were among first clients, so you tried and cared, but now that you got enough clients, probably prefer not to care that much about SERVICE to people any more.
I wish you good luck with your business and not to turn in another “tourist trap”.
As for the client service this is off the radar as you choose to argue with clients and “disagree” with them instead of taking a note and probably really looking into your staff’s behavior: like ignoring clients or gossiping behind their backs.
Again, I never said or thought anything bad about your place or food, as I said it is really great, it is more with the service that you have some serious issues. But again, as you say, if clients’ reviews do not matter to you, then good luck…
I actually believe in when one door closes, another one opens which was proved to me just today when I found a new great cafe with really sincere...

There is a lot of space inside, tables and sofas and real antique tables. While you drink your cup of coffee, you can take your time to look at everything. And since real masters work here, the coffee here is amazing. You can see how coffee beans are roasted and choose the variety to your liking. Thanks for a...
Read moreFrom my experience and after trying 7 different shops across 4 different brands, this is easily the best specialty coffee in Lisbon.
Sadly it is a bit out of the way of the city center, but everything else more than makes up for it. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great pastries and bread, to the point it is worth the visit for the food alone even if you're not into coffee. And obviously,...
