Kitchen Bruno's (Papa Bruno's) — Restaurant in Cascais

No sauce to be found . Very unappetising and tasteless .

When we called the shop the person said there is sauce hidden somewhere within the pizza . We just couldn’t taste or see it .

At least I am happy to know you are aware that there is tomato sauce involved in the pizza .

You can clearly see I have put pictures of the size cut of the pizza to show there is no sight of sauce, on the pizza base , what so ever .

I’ve seen some people complaining about the lack of sauce, and honestly, I think they missed the point. pizza doesn’t need to drown in sauce to be great. If that’s your vibe order a soup and toast, no? The crust is crispy, the toppings are fresh, and everything just works. But sure, go ahead and keep whining about the sauce, because more sauce clearly equals better pizza?

As for leftovers, this pizza stands the test of time. I’ve left it out overnight, and it still tastes amazing the next day—and the day after. Thank you...

Some of the poorest quality pizza we've ever ordered in this area in the last 2 years. You can see from the pictures how it tastes - the 4 cheese just tasted like Margherita. The dough was low quality, the garlic bread is just a cheap shop bought baguette with a small amount of cheese on it.

It's also so thin, it's like they've made it on a tortilla wrap. Tasteless, cold and a waste of money.
