When we arrived, waiter put bread, butter, cheese and olives in our table without asking or showing us the menu. Later I saw in the bill that they charged us couvert and the cheese - which was an entree - to a total amount of 12 eur. All served without asking me. When I asked what it was, the waiter said he offered and asked before serving, which was a lie. I understand the couvert charge, but serving an entree is absurd. Apart from this, asked the waiter what the Linguado a Tropical was, he replied "fish with butter sauce". I ordered and it came with Kiwi and Pineapple, which I think are important points to mention when someone ask you about the recipe. Food was also not great, anything that is not pure seafood is not well prepared and not well seasoned. Passion fruit pie had artificial pineapple taste (which was terrible).

EDIT: response to the answer below. One of the dishes was octopus, which is seafood. I was NOT ASKED AT ANY TIME if I wanted the couvert or entree and I while I understand the couvert is common practice, an entree is not. Arguing with a client in an answer is even worse than the situation itself - bad experience now even worse
