Café Atenas — Restaurant in Coimbra

Fairly good francesinha place, but that was not the issue during our time here. The issue was the horrible service, with too little waiters in such crowded place (remember to make a reservation!), not knowing what the word "vegetarian" means. We had to ask them to take back our plates twice, still finding meat on the second plate. Two of us found hair in our meal. Apologies and a discount seemed fair, but I still feel like this review needs to be written for the owner of the place to know or/and the people who will visit thinking it's the best franceshinha place in Coimbra. Maybe the waiters had a rough day, but with all of these + forgetting to bring any beverages for half an hour, we couldn't leave...
