Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience here. One of the staff members placed his hand on my left chest, pushed me, and brushed right past me without saying a word—no “excuse me” or acknowledgment—which felt quite rude and unprofessional.

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and polite. The Galão was one of the best that I've tasted in Coimbra. This place is a must if you're in the city! Highly recommended!
