Wow !!! We went as a party of four on a Sunday. We arrived at 12:00 and we're extremely lucky to get the only un-reserved table in the restaurant. It is very popular. I would recommend making a reservation so that you don't miss out ! The service was impeccable, absolutely no rush for us to order. Which was good because there is so much choice ! Not being huge eaters we just went for a main. Drinks were just three water and one diet pepsi. No problem. And the water, where lots of restaurants will give you an expensive bottle each, this was a 1.5 ltr bottle that was served as if wine, with the remainder of the bottle then left at the end of the table. Brilliant ! Now, the food. The mains were amazing, I had the clams (plentiful with an incredible dressing), others has the steak, wonderful and the secretos de porco very tender and tasty with lovely crushed potatoes. Efectuei uma reserva, mencionando que era uma mesa para dois com um carrinho de bebé, perguntei se estava bem para as 20:30. Quando cheguei, à hora marcada, disseram que estava tudo cheio e tinha que esperar até alguém acabar, provavelmente por volta das 21:15 / 21:30 Agora pergunto: vale a pena explicar a esta malta o que significa reserva de mesa?! Acho que não preciso de responder...

Resposta ao comentário do restaurante A vossa atitude ao dizer "os clientes só ouvem o que lhes convém" revela muito sobre a vossa capacidade de ouvir críticas e admitirem quando erram. Nem vocês nem ninguém é perfeito, e não vos fica mal serem humildes para admitirem que falharam, ou que calcularam mal os tempos, ou que talvez tiveram olho grande para facturarem mais uma mesa. Não só foi dito que tinha um carrinho de bebé, como vos disse que por essa razão chegaria mais próximo das 20:30 (1h de antecipação da chamada telefónica). Agora se vocês com a confusão do serviço não escutam os clientes, é ainda por cima não admitem os erros, isso já vai para lá de uma pequena falha, no fundo diz muito sobre a vossa atitude. Desejo-vos muita sorte...porque assim vão...

This was disappointing 😞 two courses served lukewarm, pre made, and reheated poorly. Over cooking made worse by reheating. A talented chef but on this occasion the food smacked of complacency and ' lost love' for her art. An attentive and enthusiastic head waiter couldn't save an underwhelming...
