Restaurante Chines — Restaurant in Fundão

Chines is ok for an evening out with friends, but TBH the food is not great, the tables are crammed together too much and the service is all over the place. 3 of us went on this occasion, but 1 sat with only boiled rice waiting for their main dish for so long that I was halfway through mine... obviously we shared some of ours. Mine was chicken rice noodles (lacked seasoning, bit oily), mixed veg (good), spring roll and prawn crackers... I general it was OK, but the spring roll was not a spring roll. More like a frying pan pancake wrapped around a very sparse amount of non descript/still undetermined things inside. No couch, no veggies, just mush. I hate giving negative reviews, but this is the second time I've tried this place and both were not good. The first time I tried the sushi, and was left feeling very disappointed... no flavour or love in this food. It would be great to believe that they read reviews and up their game, but I'm not hopeful as there are no other Chinese restaurants in that area and locals seem happy for...

We visited on Friday night, and it was very crowded. Unfortunately, our experience was not great due to the long wait times. Orders took around 40 minutes to arrive, and not everything we ordered was delivered. When we informed the staff about the missing items, it took another 30 minutes to get them. Tive uma experiência traumatizante. Começando pelo atendimento ao entrar no restaurante. Quando cheguei estava quase vazio, pouco menos de cinco pessoas. Fiquei mais de 15 min à espera, vendo vários garçons em pé no balcão a me ignorarem completamente Quando finalmente fui atendida, pedi uma refeição que aparecia no menu com o respectivo preço em letras bem visiveis, mesmo assim, o garçom fez "questão" de repetir o preço para mim duas vezes, sem que eu tivesse pedido ou perguntado. Queria insistir uma terceira, eu lembrei-lhe que sabia ler. Após este episódio, foi um suplício Começando pela chegada e qualidade da comida e outros serviços Fui sistematicamente ignorada enquanto lá estive. Consegui aguentar tudo, afinal queria comer sem stress, e era o meu aniversário, aguentei tudo, paguei a conta e sai. Para o meu espanto, veio um outro garçom atrás de mim, com cara de bravo, a dizer que eu não fiz o pagamento. Eu simplesmente virei para olhar o garçom e lhe disse vá ter com o seu colega. Uma pouca vergonha. Além do pouco profissionalismo, do racismo que sofri, a comida não era grande coisa, eu já comi em outros restaurantes com a mesma culinária e bem tem comparação....
