Great cappuccino and the service is excellent. The outdoor seating was a great spot to grab a drink with a great view of Pico and rhe Harbour.

The appetizers were very good! Get the chicken wings and garlic bread. They're doing something different and it works. The forestiera burger is one of the best I've had.

Good spot for ice cream and my friends liked the breakfast but I didn't get to try.

They also speak excellent English!...

The only place we found to get lunch after 3pm. It has one special daily deal (soup, specific dish and coffee) all day. Generous portions. It also has different burgers with fries, bitoque (thin beef steak, fried egg, French fries, and rice), and francesinha (grilled sandwich with only (in this case) beef, ham and melted cheese, covered in sauce). Fairly quick to serve, not the best French fries but the steak came medium...

Cafe Volga is a little gem where flavour takes centre stage - simple, delicious dishes served at prices that make one smile rather than wince. The service is warm and efficient, with just the right touch of attentiveness.

As for the restroom - let’s say it’s compact, but serviceable, and hardly a reason to stay away.
