Folha Verde — Restaurant in Lisbon

We ordered delivery of the vegan feijoada last night. On the Bolt Food page, it promises “Delicious Brazilian-style Feijoada, with a unique seasoning and made with vegetables like zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, onion, mushrooms, spices, and our fresh mushrooms along with the one and only Vegan Chorizo... an explosion of flavor.”

Sadly, it was none of these things: it was dull, bland, and, apart from the beans, had one piece of carrot. None of the mushrooms or vegetables made their presence known in any way. As for the “explosion of flavour” — blah.

There is much better Brazilian food to be found elsewhere in this beautiful city....

delicious and fair price! 9 eur for soup, main dish mixing every option, and a desert (instead of juice). i even forgot to take the included tea, also because i was only offered the free coffee.

there're just two huge obvious caveats: it's in the city and the food probably ain't local. #permaculture...

Quero manifestar a minha indignação pela forma como fui atendido, hoje, pelo “chefe” Saraiva. Ao responder à pergunta sobre a minha escolha eu disse:” pataniscas de tofu, desde que não sejam queimadas como as duas últimas vezes. O cozinheiro, que por acaso nem sequer tinha sido o autor do prato que passará do ponto, mostrou-se indignado como se o tivesse ofendido. Recusou veementemente o adjectivo queimadas elevando o tom de voz e impedindo qualquer diálogo. Fê-lo repetidamente e sempre que eu dizia a palavra queimadas. O mais curioso é que, ele próprio, já tinha reconhecido o erro, em outra ocasião, tendo dito que seria corrigido. A postura mal educada do senhor fez com que eu mudasse de ideias e saísse do Folha Verde, disse-nos não voltar. A resposta foi de agradecimento. Importa dizer que sou um cliente regular e já antigo mas ainda assim, eleito para ser maltratado por tal energúmeno. Há que saber lidar com críticas, quando são...
