i want to share my experience with the pharmacy staff from almost end of the last month. In end of the last month for over a week i was suffering from a serve pain in my left hand side, so i have decided to visit the pharmacy and buy pain killer. so went there and speak to one of the pharmacist working there to give me pain killer and i also explain i have very bad pain in my lest hand side. She very sweet lady suggest me the pain killer and gave it to me but i also ask her if she can check my blood pressure, she was very happily agree to do that and when checking it it was 167 SYS . after seeing that she right away take the pain killer back saying it may trigger it more and the blood pressure is extremely high and you should without wait go to the hospital. Being so kind she aslo write me the address knowing that i am a foreigner and i may not know which hospital i should go. By the time we reach the hospital and wait for our tun my blood pressure was 193 SYS. i got treated that day in a hospital and get long term medication.
i appreciate the effort of the staff of the pharmacy that they walk extra mile and help me that day. they would have given me my pain killer and finish their job but they show true compassion and care as needed from any medical professional should have. i can not be more thankful to all the staff and specially the sweet lady who help me through out. I went to buy some medication and vitamin D. My doctors prescribed a generous quantity because I’m treating a chronic condition but not only was the pharmacist giving me the medicine like it was from her own pocket, but she also charged me for 2 boxes when she only gave one. Error is human, you might say. But I insisted she double checks coz the bill was higher than usual (for what I bought). She seemed confident, so I didn’t double check. I left, but upon arriving at home and taking the boxes out, I noticed the missing box. So I went today, explained everything, waited for them to check their stock. Upon checking, she said “our stock is okay (whatever that’s supposed to mean), we have to check the surveillance cameras and other things before settling this”. So not only did I have to go back there on a rainy day because of her incompetence, but I also have to deal with accusation of theft”. And what am I supposed to have stolen? A box of vitamin! Of course I couldn’t waste more time on this. Their mistake, so they should have offered to deliver the product after checking.
