KFC — Restaurant in Lisbon

Food overall was ok but for all tourist be very careful of the delivery guys outside on the bikes, im pretty sure they spot tourist and break through cars lock to steal. As my girlfriend was ordering i stayed right in front of the window to watch my rental car that had a France license plate, 3 different driver went from sitting on their bikes watching their photo to casually walking to the front of the restaurent and looking inside, i may be paranoid but its common in Portugal sadly. Just be careful and dont leave money or passport in the cars especially if you have a license plate from another country and keep visual on you car...

NEVER EVER get from drive-through!! I have no idea about take aways and having at the kfc, but deciding to go with drive through was the worst decision!!

Sure, it was quick, but hey, if it's quick, dont expect it to be fresh!! The chicken in burger was rough like dry and super chewy!! And was squeezed to hell! The chicken pieces were fried probably several hours ago, and tasted like it was soaked in salt water!

Já não é a primeira vez que vou ao drive-thru encomendo umas coisas e depois enviam-me dentro do saco outras mandam-me esperar à frente,vão lá levar e depois ao ir embora só descubro que fui enganado quando chego ao destino e depois o telefone direto para a loja onde está? Há os tempos pedi em casa ,as bebidas eu pedi Compal e levaram-me colas!🙄 Agora ir ao drive-thru é uma experiência deveras desagradável às 02:28 da madrugada do dia 29/07 2024 mais uma vez fui enganado pedi dois boxmaster e um Kentucky doublej. Então mandaram esperar mais à frente e o funcionário aparece a entregar o saco uma pessoa confia vem-se embora... Entregaram dois Kentucky double zinger uma box master!!! Lá dentro tão sempre na galhofa e os resultados saltam à vista!!! Não há gerência que tenha mão naquilo! Falta de respeito ,com os clientes ! Falta organização ! Falta de métodos! Falta de formação básica ! Falta de maturidade ! Não deveriam estar no atendimento só público e ainda por cima no manuseamento de produtos...
