I appreciate the tables were reserved, however, that was not what we were told. We only wanted a fresh drink nothing else, not to sit down or anything. Lastly, we were not indicated for more appropriate locations as they claimed. They stated, that we could not just have a cold beverage and go. And gave us the option to either buy a full meal and a drink or not be served. Don't misunderstand me, they were not rude, they simply were not empathetic with the hot weather conditions and our desire for a cold drink after a long day walking. And hence, I gave them a poor rating from my limited interaction with them. Read moreUnfortunately, my experience at this Italian restaurant was very disappointing. The food was not tasty – the meat with gravy was tough, and right after eating it I got terrible heartburn. There is no non-alcoholic beer on the menu, which is quite unusual for a restaurant. They don’t serve proper tea – instead, they just pour hot water over a few mint leaves, which cannot be considered real tea. The service was also frustrating: the waiter spoke Brazilian Portuguese, and when you address them, they pretend not to understand and then call someone else who speaks English. This is very inconvenient and unpleasant.

Read moreThe space is nice, well decorated and quite spacious. We went on a Tuesday afternoon when the restaurant was empty and sat inside very comfortably. We ordered two pizzas. Unfortunately we ended up waiting over 40min for those pizzas because they just forgot to put out orders in, but once they did the pizzas came quick. The pizza dough is actually one of the best I've had in Lisbon and definitely worth the price with the discount on The Fork. The staff was apologetic about the mistake and made up for it, so i would definitely return, but the service has space for improvement.
