O Bolama — Restaurant in Lisbon

I was walking around the neighborhood and I do like to support smaller business. I saw this place and there was a sticker at the door informing they accept debit payments. I went in, asked for my order (which the lady was really nice and quite fast to deliver), both the food and beverage were pretty good. My problem was during the payment: 1st: There was another paper inside at the cashier informing they only accept debit payments starting with 5 Euro, this information should be at the door with the debit sticker. I was forced to buy something else just to round up the bill. 2nd: They were refusing to add my contributor tax number informing it was "invalid". This wasn't the 1st place that did this, so I was prepared to report them to the fiscal authority when "magically" my number was accepted. A hint to the owner: When you are at home thinking why you don't have as many clients as other establishments around you, this is why. Even that the food and initial service were good, I will be spending my money...

Terrible experience, the owner was incredibly rude. They don't accept international credit cards, so I left the owner my 5 grand Macbook and went to get the cash. When I got back, he had closed the coffee shop (before the scheduled time, displayed on the front). By luck I found his number on the internet and made him get back - which he didn't want to. Just incredibly rude with me, even though I tried to be polite and understand the circumstances. I gave him 10 times the money that I owned him and he didn't think twice to keep it. Bad character. Situada na Rua Cidade de Bolama, nos Olivais Sul, perto do Olivais Shopping , este café ,,_restaurante, serve excelentes e variadas refeicoes, cujo preço menu e bastante acessível. Destaco os chocos fritos de Setubal, o cozido a portuguesa, filetes de pescada com arroz de feijão, pernil assado, bochechas de porco, feijoada, etc, etc... As sobremesas, essas são igualmente divinais, bem como as sopas que fazem parte do preço_menu...E de referir a extrema simpatia do pessoal que labora neste agradável restaurante que tem uma fantástica decoração, tendo como ponto de fundo um grande painel sobre Lisboa e o famoso eléctrico 28 que eu tanto gosto.... Recomendo vivamente que visitem este simpático espaço e ficarão clientes para...
