Sakura lumiar — Restaurant in Lisbon

Food is not as good as I expected regarding the food from Sakura in Saldanha/Picoas.

On one hand the servicen (staff) is nice and efficient, on the other hand I did not really appreciate the restaurant rule that all orders are performed by the customer through a tablet and each customer can only ask 5 items at once and has to wait 6 minutes to make another order...

The atmosphere was cool but as the room is tiny it gets noisy as hell.

Always delighted with the buffet. Delicious food, non-oily and served in moderate portions, to reduce waste and encourage tasting. The environment is modern, clean and welcoming, with scattered references to Japanese traditional culture (the music in the background is always Japanese, relaxing and never invasive). O atendimento é mediucre

Não serviram os pedidos efetuados, repetidamente, por mais de 5 vezes, foi pedido determinados pratos, e os mesmos vinham sempre pela metade, 1/3 ou 1/4

O restaurante encerra as 23:00, e a cozinha encerra as 22:30, no entanto foi-me ordenado que realizasse o ultimo pedido as 21:40, dizendo que a cozinha estava a encerrar e o proximo pedido teria de ser o ultimo pedido, este ultimo pedido tambem não foi satisfeito, tendo vindo tudo pela metade, ou menos do que foi pedido - Entretanto, estavam atender novos clientes no establecimento e a servir alguns dos presentes tambem

Resumidamente, se quiserem ganhar vontade de pedir o livro de reclamações, neste restaurante terão todas as razões para o fazer

Um dos empregados, talvez o gerente, assim pareceu, é muito mal educado, impertinente, e sempre com um sorriso falso no rosto

Desaconselho ir a este restaurante, são tratados como clientes de 3ª categoria, e pagam como clientes de 1° categoria
