I WAS WRONG AND I TAKE IT BACK!

I gave it three stars and I was wrong. See my review below.

This place is EXCELLENT!

I judged it by the business lunch which is a bit hit & miss. But all in all, it is great. Came for some lunch and dinner services off the menu and was faaaar from disappointed. So frickin' yummy!

Went from three to five stars. Recommended.

Not sure why it's so popular. The place is always packed at lunchtime. 16€ buys you a tiny appetizer (think one single mini fishcake or something similar; literally two bites), a very small portion of a mediocre main course, fish or meat with a side, and another small portion of an average dessert, along with one drink of your choice. The only truly great thing is the way they serve beers, which come in rather odd looking metal cups whose shape vaguely resembles that of the type of cocktail glasses used to serve Pina Coladas. Excellent food and interesting concept. However this is ruined by the very poor attitude of the staff. When asking for a glass of tap water (we were all drinking wine), I was told that they don't provide tap water. When I asked why, he said the they don't recomend it for drinking. When I said that EPAL water is of excellent drinking quality, he said that their water is from a well. When I asked how they check it is ok for cooking then, he said that it is filtered! Complete lies with absolutely no respect for the customer. Then they only have small bottles when they frequently have groups - the plastic issues haven't reached them yet. They don't recycle even glass bottles since it's all mixed in the same bin. Finally, they tried to refuse to give us a tax receipt claiming that they had already closed the transaction. Of course they were still able to do it once the matter escalated. ...

This place became a total rip-off with absolutely rude and impatient service and attitude! What a disgrace! Never coming here again!!! It used to be 18€ , then 22€ ….. But now they put their prices for “petiscos Rodízio” for 30€ or 40€!!!! And demand same price for small kids ! Unbelievable! We were 4 adults and 4 children 5-12 y.o. Since the kids can’t eat so much of rodízio, we wanted to order some separate, small dishes for them from the menu, the manager said that either we all pay 30€ per each for rodízio or we all order separately from the menu . And everything was in a very rude attitude and impatient manner! Unbelievable ! Shame on you! Either you make half price for small kids for rodízio or you just let order for them separate smaller dishes!
