We were on a rush to grab a bite right around closing hour and it was one of the last open places. We went to order something simple and quick being that we were late for an appointment and we were not planning, nor did we linger a lot, yet we were not the only costumers being served. The point is the team who served us brushed on the rude and we could clearly hear them commenting underbreath about us and how we were bothering. We just felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable despite being regulars, and left in a hurry. Some costumers still stayed there after we left. I have worked on costumer service, I know how it feels when there's "that last costumer" still is not an excuse to make your clients feel like nuisance being that your selling them your brand, your products and most importantly an experience that they will carry with them and determine wether they'll come back or not.
