They said it was but the bowl came with the original ingredient. I asked to substitute it again and it took so long that when it came back my partner was done with his meal. The avocado was far from ready to be eaten - white as an apple and impossible to bite. I was on a schedule so I couldn't risk sending it back again. Read moreYou have to be very careful with food safety as the lady that was doing our poke bowl did not wash her hands and used her bare hand to put the the staff into the bowl, I brought it to her attention, she advised that she did wash her hands which was not visible to me but after all she was touching all the surfaces and then putting the food items into the bowl with bare hands without using utensils.
