A charming little canteen in the heart of the town, the menu changes almost everyday, and always offers three sumptuous options. The food was one of the best we have been given in Monção, so very tasty and not overly salted, like a ton of other places in Northern Portugal. It needs to be said, we also received the best service ever from all of Monção and even the North of Portugal! Lara was very friendly, caring, attentive, and very professional. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the service...

What a find: simple hearty but authentic local food for (still) very reasonable prices. Ask for tigela or malga (drink bowls) to drink the vinho verde tinto (only tinto) Highly recommended place, tables...

Los fines de semana que voy en sábado compro ahí lo que voy a comer al mediodía en casa. La ración que ponen para una persona, sea lo que sea, es súper generosa y no llega a 5 euros. A menudo incluso daría para dos. Tanto la cocinera como las dos chicas que atienden en la barra son muy agradables.

Ah! Y hacen la sopa más rica que he probado nunca! Para comer allí no me gusta tanto porque es un local pequeño con las mesas muy juntas y a compartir y ese concepto a mí no me atrae pero para quien no tenga reparos genial.
