My wife and stepson took me to this establishment for Father's Day. We have walked past it several times and it looked inviting so we thought we would try it. I am so glad we did. The food was outstanding. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was highlighted by watching the setting sun over the ocean. Prices were not unreasonable. Our bill was a bit inflated because we drank a great deal of wine. The appetizers were wonderful and I would highly recommend the cuttlefish cakes. My wife had the vegetable soup and my son had the seafood soup both of which were also outstanding. My son had the steak as his main course and I had a tuna steak as my main course. My wife opted for cod fish prepared Portuguese style. Once again all three of us were delighted by the meal. Food was tasty and plentiful without being overdone. What a WONDERFUL meal! Husband and I kept trying to get seated around 6pm but they were not ready for customers. So glad we waited the extra hour. Had a perfect table for two overlooking the water. Ordered the goat cheese starter. Fresh, warm, creamy goat cheese with honey and walnuts. Delish. For dinner I had the swordfish. Never dreamed that swordfish with bananas and potatoes would be a good mix but it was heavenly. Hubby had braised Tuna. BEST tuna steak ever! Terrible service! The food and offer from the menu is quite normal and nothing out of the ordinary. Serving staff is friendly as it can be and very slow on the job... but the worst thing for me was actually being pushed out of the restaurant constantly alerting us that they were closing. Which eventually we did of course but the attitude towards us was completely awfull and disproportionate. The owner, that supposedly should be the person with the most cordial treatment towards customers was actually the worst of them all.
