I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent changes in the portion size and quality of food at the Sartaj. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the delicious meals served at your restaurant. However, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

Firstly, I noticed that the portions have significantly decreased in size. The meals are now being served in very small boxes, which is not enough to satisfy my hunger. I was surprised to see such a small portion size, especially given the price of the meal.

Furthermore, I found the quality of the food to be below par. Specifically, the chicken was not as tender as it used to be. It was dry and tough, making it difficult to chew and enjoy. This was a huge disappointment, as the tender and juicy chicken was one of the reasons I loved dining at your restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant with three friends for drinks and food. Unfortunately, our experience was tarnished by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the wait staff. Upon arriving, we were told the prices were higher than expected, but we understood that it was a restaurant and were willing to pay. However, the waiters continued to speak to us in a condescending and bossy manner, making us feel unwelcome.

As European-based business men, we value good hospitality and respect when dining out. It was disappointing to encounter such poor service at an establishment with such potential. The food i ate here previously was delicious and the ambiance was fantastic, but the lack of proper customer service skills from the staff really put a damper on our evening.

I can only hope that the owner of this restaurant takes note of the behavior of their employees and works to improve the overall atmosphere of the establishment. As of now, I cannot recommend this place to others until they address...

Natraj Tandoori is a nice Indian restaurant in Odivelas. Food is really good and you can find the typical menu you would expect in an Indian restaurant in Portugal. The staff is friendly and service is good and fast. The dining room is cosy and has a simple decoration. This is located in a residential area so parking is available but it might not be easy to park close by (especially at dinner). It is worth a visit and I’m sure...
