La Dolce Vita Trattoria — Restaurant in Oeiras

❎ Bad, uninterested and unprofessional service ❎ Lack of quality ❎ Atmosphere inside too cold ❎ Lasagna no flavor and dry ❎ Cannelloni no flavor and dry ❎ Arrabbiata no flavor ❎ Charged 1.50€ for an already-shredded parmesan cheese ❎ Cooks running around the place, serving tables, while their presentation is dirty (cause of the kitchen work) and taking things, such as pepper and other things from our table ❎ Waiter was very amateur and had lack of experience. Didn’t know how to aproach tables. Was hiding behind the bar ❎ Cooks pouring beer for themselves in the middle of the service, with customers watching, to smoke cigarretes outside ❎ Cook pissed by us ordering extra parmesan for an arrabbiata, cause it needed flavor ❎ Tiramisu bad bad bad… it was mostly mascarpone, no other taste than that ❎ Expensive for what it was. The quality and the experience doesn’t match the price

✅ Classic bruschetta and tomato-garlic bread were good ✅ The penne and the spaghetti were both cooked al dente, how they are supposed to be ✅ Spaghetti vongole was good ✅ Affogatos were ok. Difficult to mess up that

We had trouble with the waiter from the beginning to the end . We are three adults and a child ordering three lunch sets. I made very clearly I wanted three meal of the day and the waiter put in the system four . We cleared the doubts eventually . But when we ordered sparkling water , the waiter didn’t remind me that only still water , juice and wine are included in the lunch set . It’s the first time in Portugal that I experienced this : a lunch set that includes drinks excluded sparkling water . I ordered sparkling water thinking it must be included in the “bebida” like any where else in Portugal ! At the end we get coffee with the set and I asked for milk in the coffee for all , and the waiter only put milk in one of the three coffee . Finally when we made payment , he charged us for the fourth lunch set even after I asked them to double check . I had to run the numbers myself and told them that they need to correct the bill . Supposedly it’s 12.9 euro per person , but we paid extra 6 euros for the sparkling water and a lot of hassle for just mediocre food !...

Wow wow wow!!! This restaurant is beyond amazing, the pizza is thin just like I like it and the margarita gourmet just makes my palet happy, this is a great place that I come to often with my family, and unlike the last owner that stayed in this location, the staff is friendly and fast to deliver, I highly recommend for any pizza lovers. This man is so caring that once my homie left his phone in the restaurant and we hadn’t even noticed and were about to go to the mall, and could have lost it if it wasn’t for the man calling my mom, that he had the contact because we are frequent, that called me, saying we had left it behind, such dedication for something he didn’t even have to do, this man deserved nothing but...
