Being offered cold, raw prawns and squid is not ideal. Sending the food back and it being returned burned and raw and being told by the waitress that its normlly served more raw is not good. Then discussing with the owner and having to pay full amount did not sit well. So asked for livro de reclamacoes and being refused after paying the full bill was ridiculous! Eventually I was returned some money and verbally abused by the owner and agressively followed to my car with further abuse. I suspect I wont be eating there again! I recommend do not complain if the food is raw, eat it, pay the bill and suffer in silence rather than suffer the aggression...

Location is great, food not so much.

It's a bit hidden behind the city hall, which gives it a nice charm. It's close to a park and close to the museum. When you enter the terras of the restaurant, you will be welcomed underneath a big tree. This gives the terras a really cozy vibe 🌲

The food is homemade and fairly cheap, but there's quite a bit of work to be done for this to improve.

É triste eu vir ao meu País de férias e ser recebida como fui neste restaurante. Embora eu também tenha experiência profissional em Hotelaria é triste ver como agem com os clientes e com os serviços que estão a prestar. Fiquei na esplanada e se nao pedisse a limpeza da mesa a mesma nao teria sido feita! O comer nao leva 4* porque só a picanha estava boa. Eu pedi a minha dose de picanha e perguntei qual o acompanhamento, seria batata frita, arroz e salada, (o meu acompanhamento foi para divir com outras 2 pessoas), a batata deu para perceber que na cozinha ja tinha levado uma primeira fritura e para aquecer mergulharam-na no oleo novamente, pedi uma sangria para mim e as restantes pessoas que estavam comigo, quando dei conta já a comida de todos estava na mesa e a bebida ainda nem preparada estava! Quando pergunto à senhora se a Sangria ía demorar precisei de pedir um garfo porque a mesa estava colocada mas tinha coisas em falta. 😳 por mim as sobremesas, nada era tradicional, a salada de frutas da minha colega era só pessego e ananás enlatado, o bolo de de bolacha que pedi nem creme de manteiga tinha e sim natas ou seja era uma serradura em forma de bolo. Muita desilusão, e nem uma boa tarde quando fizemos o nosso pedido...
