This was the first time I’ve ever returned food because it was so disgusting. I looked at the dish and just couldn’t bring myself to eat it—it looked unhygienic, poorly made, and unappetizing. I explained my concerns to the staff, but they refused to improve the situation and turned their backs on me. Even though I had already paid, I couldn’t eat it, and they made no effort to make it right. Only two of approximately thirty tables were occupied by customers and yet I had to wait 35 minutes for a freaking toast sandwich and a plate of olives.
