If you take regular tea it will be a regular tea bag, if you take a homemade tea it will be- peppermint with a citrus (not washed), ginger (not washed) and cinnamon. Omelette(with cheese and ham) tastes ok-similar to what you can make at home, the serving method though is questionable, you will get a tile instead of the plate (hopefully washed) 3 leaves of ruccola and 2 cherry tomatoes sliced in half. There is a wide range of drinks from alcoholic mixers to non-alcoholic options and fresh juices. The service is very good and staff is friendly and heartily. We visited the Gamboa Bar in the early spring and chose a very rainy day and it was still a great spot to kick back and enjoy a small meal and a couple of drinks.
