Serra Nossa — Restaurant in Porto

Went with some Portuguese and foreign friends. The slate on the wall with dishes is from the original place. They don't have many of them. It's misleading and we went to this restaurant for some of those dishes and they had none of what the whole group wanted. And we saw other people try to order from there and get frustrated too. The service is very, very slow. It took more than 1,5h for the food to be served and forgot one order even then (they confirmed it was written down). The red wine is hot and not kept properly, so the taste is already off. The overall prices are too high for that segment. You can get better cooked and much cheap Arouquesa meat elsewhere.

A minha primeira experiência neste espaço correu muito bem desde o atendimento que lamento não saber o nome da pessoa em questão (( era um jovem brasileiro)( onde quero salientar o atendimento que tivemos ! Alem de educado e atencioso fomos muito bem servidos e aconselhados sem nos tentar (( impigir comida demasiada))) Comemos umas entradas e quando pedimos a refeição a pessoa em questão aconselhou a pedir so uma dose tendo em vista que ja tínhamos comido as entradas!Ademiravel atitude para com cliente ! A comida e boa e resolvemos voltar! Total desilusão fomos atendidos por outro jovem que nos sentimos completamente impigidos em relação a alguns aspectos! Comemos algumas entradas e quando escolhemos o prato disse o jovem que era necessário dose para dois o que era completamente desnecessário e a importância ali era sim era vender!! E para salientar que nem (espaço tivemos para terminar as entradas!!! Para ajudar ao mau atendimento a carne tinha um paladar horrivel a queimado!!!! A really positive surprise for genuine Portuguese high quality food. Both the way it has been prepared and ingredients. Quite impressive selection of Portuguese wines and different dishes.
