Food is good. The price is reasonable. The cake counter is stunning. It doesn't have table service. The customer service was absolutely disgusting and next to none. The lady that served us was rude and made us feel like we were being rushed to place an order from the moment we stepped in. The ladies toilet although it was clean, it hasn't been properly signed off as being clean as per health environmental regulations. I visited the place today (31.12.21) and the register to prove the toilet has been clean and disinfected it shows the last time it happened it was back...

Local cakes. They look good, taste could improve by using better ingredients. They are moist, buttery and very sweet. The cookies and coffee are good. Unfortunately , the lady at the counter was very stressed because her cash dispenser failed to function , several customers had to wait and the experience wasn’t up to the expectations.
