We came...

A place where everything is unreservedly 5 star +... ...but first things first.

The location has a brilliant sea view from inside and the terrace. All tables (inside & outside) are far apart, so that the privacy of the guests is optimally preserved. The place was quite busy at lunchtime today. Nevertheless, I didn't have to wait at all for my spectacular salad. All dishes that were also served at other tables during my stay were visually designed with lots of love. Extremely far away from how mostly food is served on the island of Flores. The service (owner and two professionally working service staff) was very, very good, which means very friendly and courteous as well as fast. I also found the price/performance ratio to be optimal. A stop here is a MUST for all Florentines and holidaymakers. I will use it as often as possible...

One of our favourite spots in Santa Cruz. Perfect for proper brunch or even lunch. My favourite was the granola, which is hand made and the fruit was delicious. The brownie is also incredible: yummy and creamy, totally recommended.

The salad was also quite good, all with ingredients of km0 and the vinaigrette was delicious as well. They also have natural orange juice and great selection of drinks and coffee ☕️

The Island toast was also one of our picks and didn’t disappointed ❤️ The only negative is that they open quite late, around 12h. Would be great if they could open earlier.
