Belluno - Restaurante & Bar Lounge — Restaurant in Santarém

This place can’t call restaurant it is strange fast food, despite we paid 70 eur for 4 people and we didn’t drink anything besides water

View is really nice

Food: pizza is look like a strange pie, full of cheapest cheese and tomato paste, even hungry kids didn’t eat it

Steak looks like a strange mix of cheese and tomato paste with meat and bread inside the liquid

Fried potato is looks like warmed up waste from other tables

Mozzarella is the cheapest one from supermarket

Drinks: They don’t have white wine by glasses (besides strange yellow liquid from the box) but prices for the bottle of wine like in a nice restaurant in Porto (14 eur)

Service: we were waiting food for 40 minutes, then they brought all dishes in different time and didn’t bring even plates...

We came across this restaurant while doing a backroad drive from Lisbon to Porto. The dogs needed to stretch their legs, so we did a quick Google search for the nearest castle. After walking the ramparts of the Castelo de Santarém, we dined at Belluno's. Located within the castle grounds, the restuarant has a terrific view of the castle's towers and battlements. Staff was extremely pleasant and attentive. My wife had the Penne Creme Fraiche Cogumelos, and I had the Magret de Pato. Both dishes were wonderful: exquisite flavors and generous portions. For me, the duck breast was seasoned superbly and cooked to perfection. Definitely worth a trip...

We came across this restaurant today when visiting town for an afternoon. Decided to sit down for an icecream and ended up enjoying a lovely dinner. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They gave a balloon to our kids (1 and 3 yrs old) to play with, fed my daughter strawberries (complimentary) and let us order from the dinner menu at 6 even though the kitchen was supposed to open at 7 (us dutch people like to eat early). We had beef with parmesan and tomato sauce from the oven, huge recommendation! The meat was so good. Also the crème brulee was lovely, a little burned but we still greatly enjoyed it.
