KFC Santarém — Restaurant in Santarém

This place is run by incompetent and rude special education drop outs. I waited more then 30 minutes just for some hot wings. Clearly they were out of hot wings, so the only cashier/plate organizer decided to go in the back, abandoning the long line of customers and assortment of already prepared foods, to go make the hot wings himself. This was however a drastic error, as he didn't know how to bread the chicken wings. They had big clumps of fried bread batter on them and no coating on the other sides. Although the hot wings were fresh, they left me feeling worse in my stomach then when I entered. I am also quite disappointed that after such a long wait, the employee did not offer any sort of compensation or complimentary item. Quite disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service experience. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this KFC location ever again. On a side note the credit scanner of the self service kiosk is also not working. I left wishing I had never had the idea to stop and eat KFC for lunch. Very...

1920-1929

Teve várias fecetas laborais, trabalhou como capitão do barco a vapor, bombeiro de via férrea e agricultor.

1930

Compra um motel e um café no estado de Kentucky e começa a cozinhar frango para os seus hóspedes.

1935

O restaurante funcionou tão bem que o governador do estado apeliou Harland como “Coronel do Kentucky”

1940

Finalmente Harland, aperfeiçoa a sua mistura de 11 tipos de ervas e especiarias. Apenas algumas pessoas em todo o mundo conhecem esta receita.

1952

A estrada Interstate 75 é inaugurada como alternativa à estrada onde o Coronel tinha o seu negócio, levando consigo todo o mercado que lhe estava associado e o seu restaurante fecha. O Coronel tem de se reinventar e começa a elaboração de um plano de expansão para vender o seu frango. Com 62 anos, abriu o 1º KFC em Salt Lake City (Utah).

1964

A rede de franchisados KFC cresce por todos os Estados Unidos. O Coronel, agora com 74 anos, vende a Kentucky Fried Chicken Company a um grupo de investidores por 2$ Milhões de dólares.

1980

O Coronel morre com a idade de 90 anos. Apesar de sua morte, a sua rede de restaurantes KFC continua a crescer em todo o mundo.

2006

É hora de atualizar a imagem da empresa com um novo logotipo. Para comemorar este evento, criou-se uma versão de tal forma grande, que pode ser vista do espaço. Levou mais de 24 dias para implementar a nova imagem do logotipo no deserto de Mojave.

Simplesmente o melhor frango frito ... Único e distinto. Venha provar uma única vez ... Todas as outras vezes, serão igualmente, excelentes...

KFC is tasty and delicious, but some of the staffs working there is very rude in their attitude. Minimum 3 times I felt very rash and rude behavior from the staff. Even my last visit 2 weeks before a staff who is doing food delivery was deal very harsh with my family.
