Chef Hortense’s attention to detail and culinary skills is not to be missed. The food here is of the highest quality and now one of our favorite places for Portuguese food. Also, because of Chef Hortense and the service team, I would try all the Portuguese dishes I have been to scared to try. So go for it and try something different. Unfortunately there were other times, with a different chef that the quality was not the same... Restaurant of the hotel “Cooking & Nature”. We had dinner here several times during our stay in the hotel in June 2021.
