Feel obliged to write a review of the very poor experience we had. Food was ok at best but it was witnessing a nasty accident that was most upsetting. The place was so busy and chaotic and clearly the staff can’t deal with it. Waiters running around with huge plates including boiling fish pots….thankfully our young daughter had just gone to the loo when the waiter carrying so much food fell up the stairs clearly hurting himself, but at the same time depositing fish and hot sauce over several diners, many of whom including myself got up to help him. I wiped boiling liquid off his arm as did another diner who realised a little while later he had also been scolded all over his back. A woman on another table had been scolded too. The waiter went inside himself and the (I think manager) was next seen continuing to serve customers. Not once did anyone check on the scolded guests and the dinner for 8 remained on the floor while service continued. Just 15 minutes later, the injured waiter (who had no attention from the manager) was carrying many pints of lager on a tray with boiling hot food on another negotiating his way around a 2 year old…covered in anti-septic cream. He should have been sent home. Management could not have given a damn about his staff (who were clearly trying their best) or scolded diners. Avoid for that reason alone. We really hope the waiter is okay as certainly no management in the restaurant seemed to care. It was amazing that he carried on working. Poorly managed, badly treated staff and an unenjoyable...

Para empezar, teniamos reserva a las 15:00 de la tarde para cuatro personas y no nos sentaron hasta las 15:30 después de mucho insistir. No tienen en cuenta las reservas.

En cuanto a servicio, un caos. Camareros desbordados por la cantidad de mesas que tienen. Tardan mucho en atenderte y tomarte nota. Para serviros ya ni os cuento. Cogen mas personas de las que son capaces de atender de forma correcta.

En cuanto a los productos otro caos. Pedimos sardinas que tardaron 25 min aproximadamente. Lo gordo viene con el arroz, tardaron mas de una hora y media en servirlo. Nos decidimos por el arroz con marisco. El arroz no podía estar más pasado. Un arroz supercaldoso servido en plato llano y con tenedor. Un auténtico desastre. De sabor dejaba mucho que desear y de cocción mucho más. Por no hablar del tiempo de espera.

Mucho cuidado con lo que os sirven en cuanro os sintáis. Te ponen unas aceitunas con pan, pate de sardinas, mantequilla y queso fresco sin pedirlo. Parece cortesía de la casa o sabds que te cobrarán un servicio razonable. Error. Nos cobraron 15 euros solo por los entrantes que no habiamos pedido.
