The best restaurant in the area, GREAT and KIND service besides AWSOME and SUPER TASTY food! I been there for many dinners and I’ll continue having my supper there until I’ll leave Torres Novas. I tried a bit of everything chicken, lamb, shrimps, soups, rise and salad… what to say… unbelievably delicious food. Very spicy food is my favorite, here is spicy but not so spicy to be exaggerated (usually it’s the food I eat), don’t be afraid to order “hot” food. If you love REAL Indian food, this is the place for you. I want to mention the very friendly and kind personnel. I want to thank them for the good time we spend in their restaurant. I looked at the reviews on here and thought I would pop along. The food was just so delicious and the guys working there were lovely. I had tooth ache, so eating was slow going, but I still managed half of everything and had the other half for my lunch today. Just as good cold as hot. Thank you so much guys, sorry for being such a slow eater. Oh warning when they say the red sauce it hot, it really is. Made my eyes water. Thank you so much for the food and service. We spent not only a lovely day in Torres Novas but had also tried a (never before visited) restaurant. Located at the foothill of Torres Novas' castle, overlooking an idyllic water body is the Indian restaurant called "Shiva". We'd ordered palak paneer and vegetable (sweet) korma, together with naan, roti and rice. The friendly host Dipak recommend some mango pickle, which we gladly ate together with the other yummy tasting dishes.
