Pica Pau Bistró Bar — Restaurant in Vagos

Really bad restaurant ! absolutly not recommendable, we ordered a Burger without ham, the waitress brought us one with ham after a discussion she put the burger in a take away case and gave it to me but I was on a roadtrip and cant carry a burger along the way in the summer. We had to pay the wrong burger, thats a really bad way of business !! Also the quality of the food isn't that good no cocktail sauces just Ketchup and Mayonnaise .. there are a lot of other restaurants in this Area, have a look at them is a much better decision !

Edit: The owner it self dosent show up at the table and in my opinion it should be self evident, if the client isn't satisfied with the product because he orderd something different or the communication with the waitress was a problem, the product has to be for free as every good restaurant is practicing it. He also isnt replying in english so I cant understand his cheep excuses for...

Three of us had a great Sunday lunch. The restaurant was very busy, but we had a table within minutes of the time we had booked. Staff very attentive, food excellent, spotless in every area. You do need to book as this is a very popular restaurant. Pretty much the only vegan option is the Vegan Burger. I think the description is not clear enough for me to be 100% sure if the sauce inside the burger & the coleslaw on the side are made without cow-milk products.

The staff doesn't really speak english at all so asking didn't work out.

Clearer description and a few more vegan options on the menu would really help a lot.
