Completely understaffed for the amount of tables and staff lacking basic training (Edit: for context, the restaurant was full). Had a reservation for 2, so our arrival was expected. We were the only people waiting for a table. Spent 15 minutes waiting and being completely ignored by the staff. To make things worse, in front of us there was a table that had finished, also ignored by the staff, that should try to vacate it asap, to make room for the waiting customers. On the back of the restaurant there was a vacant table (clients left after finishing). No one vacated and cleaned the table for the only waiting customers.
