I finally found the absolute best Bifanas from the typical "Bifanas de Vendas Novas" (from Vendas Novas). Clearly this is the place to go to get the most original Bifanas ever! Expect moderate wait at the door (specially because of covid). It will look like a local snack bar but the Bifanas is all the it matters in this place.
