Small, very casual cafe right on the river front, Remo is a part of the attached rowing center. We had lunch there, fried fish (cod) with fries and a small salad and a jar of vinho Verde. For the two of us total cost was around €13. Great service, very friendly and forgiving of our lack of Portuguese. Es la cafetería del club de remo, un poco apartado de la ciudad, creo que van sobre todo lugareños. Comida tradicional portuguesa, casera, de tipo guiso, buenas cantidades, y muy rica. Nosotros probamos el bacalhao con broa y guiso de vitela (ternera), ambos deliciosos y muy recomendables.

Personal amable. Eso sí, es preferible ir en horario portugués, nosotros fuimos a las 2 y ya estaban casi cerrando. Nos atendieron amablemente, pero solo nos ofrecieron los 2 platos que comimos.
