we ordered a glass of 30cl beer and a beer mug with 50cl and to our amazement, they gave us 2 glasses of 30cl beer and billed as 2 beer mugs. In the other bars and snack bars of the island, a beer mug as 50cl. The employee told us that in that snack bar, they have 2 types of mugs (1 without handle of 30cl and another with handle of 50cl). For me a beer mug has a handle and is filled with 50cl of beer. It's a scam. Amazing local Restaurant, highly regarded by local population. Great fast type Portuguese dishes, all of highly quality and very tasteful. Staff very attentive and fast service. Realatevely small place so it is recommended to do a reservation. Only had lunch there so don't know if they serve dinner. Recommend "febras", "francesinha" and "asinhas"...

Great place to stop for a quick lunch! Their infamous Francesinha is worth a try. You can customize it with different meat options. It's s glutinous dish that originates from Porto. The place also serves many other dishes, including a Plate-of-the-day for €8. While the bar stays open, Kitchen closes at 3pm and is closed...
