DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

I don’t understand how this place has good reviews. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks to be served! The hygiene in this place is crazy, the waiter constantly coughing in his hands and touching everything in the kitchen.

The waiters are unprofessional no time management. A lady came in 20 mins after and ordered a coffee, when I asked how did she get her coffee before me the waiter replied “her table was closer”.

When my coffee finally arrived the waiter spilt it and offered me a new plate only, when the cup was completely covered in coffee. To add to this experience, there was a small hair in my partner’s brunch.

Horrible experience, save your time and money her in Porto, this chain I will now never recommend to my friends whilst in Portugal. Next door seems to be pretty busy for...

A minha experiência não foi nada boa. Não percebi o funcionamento, pois eu queria comprar uma fogaça e não venderam porque estava a parte da padaria fechada. Estivemos imenso tempo á espera para ser atendidos, enquanto a funcionária estava a fazer limpeza. Pedimos, e estivemos mais um bom tempo á espera. De dois cafés e um café moka. A funcionária não era nada simpatica. Sendo que respondia às perguntas com a cabeça baixa e continuava a varrer... Dificilmente voltarei ou...
